Selected work

  • Cloud Agent platform. An agent system that implements changes, runs tests, and opens verified pull requests across 350+ repositories, about half of them services. It cut task turnaround from days to hours.
  • CRM re-architecture. Rebuilt a legacy CRM in 8 months and migrated 700M contacts and 2.8B events with zero downtime. Built the company's shared sharding library along the way.
  • Rails monolith migration. Led an 8-month migration of 40+ services off a Rails monolith, with a transition plan that let teams cut over safely and incrementally.
  • Salesforce sync at Outreach. Designed a configurable bi-directional sync service (Elixir, PostgreSQL) that onboards customer data and keeps both systems consistent.
